Planning Permission Secured for Alders, Wickham

We are delighted to have secured planning permission for the extension and remodelling of Alders, a 1970s split-level home in Wickham, Hampshire.

The approved scheme will transform the existing house, creating generous new family living spaces and a stronger connection with its gardens, while giving the property a distinctive contemporary identity.

Particular care has been taken to develop an architectural response that works with the unusual split-level form of the existing house, combining new and existing elements through a consistent palette of brick, slate, zinc and aluminium.

Alongside the architectural improvements, the consented proposals incorporate a range of energy-efficiency and sustainability measures, helping to bring the house up to modern standards.

It is always rewarding to see a design successfully through the planning process, and we look forward to helping our clients take Alders through its next stage.
