Southampton Football Club, New Youth Academy
The proposed scheme was for a new extension to Southampton Football Club’s Football Development and Support Centre.
The proposals were for the creation of a two storey annex which was designed to house the club’s youth academy education facilities. The new structure would also accommodate ‘state of the art’ treatment rooms, sports labs and gym facilities.
The proposals were all part of an ongoing programme of investment for improvements to the club’s training and youth development facilities, with an aim to creating a centre of football excellence.
