Jeremy Poll

Jeremy Poll is a chartered architect accredited in building conservation (AABC registered) and leads our historic building portfolio, continuing the practice’s established reputation in the field. From the outset of his career in architecture Jeremy’s focus has been upon projects within the historic environment of all sizes, type and complexity to both the public and private sectors. Notable projects include those for Historic Royal Palaces, English Heritage, The National Trusts, local authorities, country estates, trusts and charities.


Justin Nicholson

Justin Nicholson is an experienced project manager and architectural technician with over 20 years of expertise in management and multi-million pound project delivery. Working with a wide variety of local and national developers in the commercial and residential sectors, Justin’s portfolio includes projects ranging from small scale residential infill development to private care villages and large retail outlets.


Tim Smith

Tim Smith is an experienced chartered architect who became a Director of the practice in 2016 having worked at Radley House since 2003. Much of Tim’s work involves works to listed buildings, as such he has gained an extensive knowledge of traditional building practices. In addition to historic buildings his personal portfolio contains a diverse range of projects ranging from bespoke new-build houses to commercial developments and maintains a passion for contemporary design.


Jason Murphy

Jason became a Director in 2016 and is an experienced Chartered Architect who has been with Radley House since 2004. Having worked on a number of challenging sites, Jason’s experience and expertise now covers a wide variety of Architecture ranging from contemporary developments to works to historic buildings. Consequently, his portfolio includes everything from small scale contemporary additions to listed and non-listed buildings as well as larger scale residential, educational and commercial schemes.
